Free the Line is owned and operated by Bear Cole and Deidra Cole; Free the Line was established in Arizona in 2011. Now, with Bear’s offices in Tucson, Free the Line provides support to organizations and creators to turn their creative concepts into interrelated systems, useful technology, well-defined branding and reliable production methods.

Free the Line works at the interface of software development, web infrastructure development, operations management, project management, design and production. We analyze the process of completing a task and find ways to improve inefficient areas. At the same time, we help maintain the knowledge gained from previous experiences and create a logical path for developing an idea from concept to completion.
Depending on the needs of every client, the end result can be a website, an interconnected workflow, a software application, a business model, a brand identity, a training program, or a production system for generating content. Each client's needs will determine the way that the results are delivered. Regardless of the type of solution provided to our clients, we always attempt to achieve the same result – clarify what they need to do next and build confidence in the outcome.

In addition to being referred to professionally as Bear Cole, Bear functions as a technology/operations leader, project manager, technical trainer, web professional, and creative-systems director based in Tucson, Arizona. Bear’s experience includes web hosting, DNS administration, SSL certificate administration, single sign-on (SSO) implementation, managing customer service/technical support teams, web development, training employees on how to use new technologies, improving customer experience through various initiatives, audio engineering, graphic design, planning events and independently producing media.
Bear Cole also uses the name Bear Gallagher-Cole. Alongside his technology work, he records music as Bear Cole and performs as DJ Bear Cole. These are different parts of the same person’s work.
