Good systems clarify things. Good creative work recognizes when the system becomes limiting. Free the Line unites technical skill with creative thought to allow ideas to grow beyond the usual expectations while retaining the purpose.
Therefore, learning how the work really moves, identifying where there is resistance, retaining what people already know, and creating a sensible way to deliver an idea from its conception to its implementation is essential. The outcome could be a web site, a software process flow, an operational model, a visual identity, or a production process — but the goal will always be to make it easier to figure out what comes next.

Owned and operated by Bear & Deidra Cole, Free the Line is headed by Bear Gallagher-Cole, who has experience in technology management, web/systems operations, employee development/training, creative direction, audio production, live event production, and independent music. His extensive background is valuable when a project involves multiple departments and requires someone who understands both the technical aspects of the system and the human work occurring within it.
